IPHDA Youth Division

Any youth association / club or IPHDA Professional can register with IPHDA to enter youths in this new division.

For example:  

• A local 4H club
• School equestrian team
• local riding club.
• Local PHD club
• Any IPHDA Professional

Rules for entering the IPHDA youth division:

1. Entries in this class must be made by an approved group leader
   • Group leaders must be IPHDA members,
   • Group leaders are responsible for
     •  All age verification
       
     • collection and payment of entry.
       
     • Tracking individual award points won by their youth
     • Requesting awards for each of their youths
       
2. No IPHDA membership will be required by the youth exhibitors
3. Youth Must be 19 on the date of the series finals they are entering in.
   
4. Entry fee's will be $10
5. If the Youth wishes to enter the regular V show as well as the youth division, all of the membership and regualr V show entry fee's must be paid as well as the $10 youth division entry.
   • Group leaders will only be responsible for the youth entry in this case
     
6. The youth division will be judged by the regualr V show judge and comments given like regular V show entry's
   

1. Awards will be paid on the percentage
• The awards will be split into 2 age divisions (13 and under and 14 and over)
  
• A 2 division pay out will be used for all shows with 10 or more entries in an age group.
2. Awards for this division during regular V Shows will be a minimum of 
   • 4 points per exhibitor per show
   • Points will be added as sponsors are obtained.
     
   • Championship buckle for the series high point per age division.
3. To qualify for the series finals a youth must enter the youth division in 1 V show for the series
4. The over all winner of the Youth division will be the rider with the highest total score of their highest series score plus the 3 finals scores. 
5. To win the buckle the rider must enter the finals
6. Entries for the youth division finals will be $30 ( 3 judges are to be used)
